QINOpractic - Module 1 (100% money back guarantee...)

QINOpractic Medicine: Beyond Sports Massage – It’s about Peak Performance. On all levels...

Module 1 focuses on providing a thorough understanding of function and physiology of the body. Understanding both the neuro-muscular and pathophysiological roles is vital for the practitioner in order to understand and predict how the body will react to a particular stress or stressful situation (football match or just everyday work related issues) and/or trauma.

This understanding will prevent misdiagnosis and ensure treatment is accurate leading to desired outcomes and effective results. An incorrect diagnosis and/or lack of understanding of functional mechanisms can lead to an incorrect treatment or not getting the required effect.

This first module will give you a number of valuable understandings and techniques, which can be used on a daily basis when treating your athlete/client.
These include;

Physiology of pain and how daily stress affects pain and/or overall function/performance
Nature, and a greater understanding, of chronic and reoccurring pain. Why does the pain keep reoccurring? Are we looking at the right spot/area?
Just because the athlete have a history of Hamstring problems, does that mean that there is something wrong with the Hamstring? Or is the picture bigger than that? If a client suffers from a headache, is there something wrong with their forehead? Or is the problem a tad bigger and more complicated?
Educational tools to assist you and your patients in preventing injuries, like the hamstring muscle issue.
An understanding on why it's important to focus on function rather than structure (muscles, joints, connective tissue)
Rehabilitation techniques. Rehabilitate the first domino, not the one that produces the symptoms.
Identifying the subtleties of presenting complaints to indicate the status of our clients (or injuries). It’s all about Peak Performance.
How can we help our athletes/clients reach that extra percentage that will take them to the very top (or to an optimal, pain-free, life)?
Identifying the underlying factors to why pain occurs or why the client (athlete) can't perform at optimal level.
How can we help our clients/athletes to Peak Performance. We can all massage our athletes or clients, and some of us can “jump start” a muscle here and there. But how can we help them reach even further? To Peak Performance.

This module will leave you well equipped to treat your clients from day 1 after the course to free them from a vicious cycle of chronic pain, or to reach that extra level of performance. Module 1 focuses on primarily on understanding and a new way of thinking about our client's problem. We look at their problems from a different perspective. Plus you will be provided with a whole lot of useful techniques.

QINOpractic Medicine: Beyond Sports Massage – It’s about Peak Performance. On all levels...

QINOpractic - Module 2

Module 2 takes place approximately 3 months after the completion of Module 1.

The second module highlights core stability as a fundamental aspect of the maintenance of biomechanical stability.

Proper brain function is essential in the training of these core muscles. Without proper communication, a training session will be poorly executed and increases the probability of resulting in injury.

These ‘core’ muscles consist of the diaphragm, pelvic floor and the muscles of the abdomen and lower back. In an optimum state, these muscles are fully functional and work together in a state of neurological integration. However, so often, disruption to this balance leads to poor function and a number of symptoms including back and pelvic pain, incontinence and sciatic pain.

In the final stages of completing this course and becoming a Diplomate in QINOpractic Medicine, you will learn a number of solid techniques, primarily from Kinesiology and Osteopathy.
